Davis Business Solutions LLC DBA Click Studios operates Click Studios, a volume photography studio. This policy describes what the studio collects in the crew app and why.
What we collect and why
- Name, email, phone number, roles, and whether someone is a W-2 employee or a 1099 contractor, so we can run the roster and pay the crew.
- Job assignments, call times, and clock-in and clock-out times, so people know when to work and the studio can record hours.
- SMS opt-in, the time someone opts in or replies STOP, and a log of text messages, so we send only the work texts a person agreed to and can honor a cancellation.
